Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most useful piece of training equipment I own Between the 50 levels of stimulation and the Jump and Vibration features, there isn't anything I can't do with this collar. The 50 levels of stimulation ensure that I'm able to use a low enough level for any dog. I also like being able to switch from one collar to the other without having to adjust the stimulation and jump levels. Also, great battery life. I put both collars and the remote on the charger once a week and have never had one die on me even when using 3-5 days a week. Great product all around!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SIMPLY THE BEST COLLAR OUT THERE! THIS IS MY SECOND SPT. DECIDED TO UPGRADE AFTER GETTING A 2ND DOG LAST YEAR. THIS NEW GENERATION OF COLLARS IS SMALLER. THIS COLLAR DOES EVERYTHING I NEED. LOVE THE FEATURES. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS COLLAR. GREAT RANGE!!!!!

Is the LCD screen a locator or just something to tell you what you are doing with the buttons you are pushing??Do you have a GPS function with your collars for far ranging dogs??

Hello, The LCD display screen is just a backlit menu of the functions of the collar and shows you which functions are active, and shows you the current e-stim level being used. It is not a GPS collar and we do not have a GPS collar for tracking dogs. i just purchased this unit and does the collars have an auto cut off or change to green or do anything when fully charged. Ive charged 14 hours and the lights are still red on the collars. The battery flashed on the transmitter like it said it would.

Hello, Depending on the serial # (s) on the collars the unit may not have the "Smart LED" feature where the LED light changes on the collar. To confirm if they have the Smart LED feature, please call our Customer Service team at 1-888-588-8364 and have your Serial # ready and they should be able to tell you if it has the Smart LED feature. 14 hours of charging time should have the battery fully charged, and if the unit is working and operating as it should, it may not have the Smart LED, and may be functioning as intended. Can you at a later time add the beeper function for the spt 2422?

I have a Great Pyrenees. Garmin sport wont shock with long prongs on. Does this come with long contacts. O

Can you turn the Beeper tone down on the SPT2422 collar?

Hello, The tone on the SPT is not adjustable for volume, however some of our customers will muffle the sound with cotton balls and a piece of electrical tape over the horn. We also have a beeper cover cap that will reduce the sound by about 50%. If you are going to use the cap in the field we recommend securing it with a piece of electrical tape so it doesn't come off and get lost.
