Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pet purchase ever. My coon hound has a strong tracking instinct and was hard to call off a scent. Rugged and water-proof is awesome! Now she tracks when it's time to track and returns on command.

I have an older training collar and I’ve lost the remote. Can I send the collar in and get a new one for it?

Asked by: Sylvia
Hello, Yes, we do sell replacement remotes, but many times (especially if you have the PA 300) it is much cheaper to just buy an entire replacement unit. We have upgraded the PA 300 to our new Canine Coach 360 unit, and the information is below: Hope this helps.

How do do I sync the collar to the remote?

Asked by: JH
Hello, I have included instructions on programming the collar/remote, as well as a link to the Owner's Manual. Owner's manual: Programming Instructions: 1. Hold the Magnet Indicator (Red Mark) on the Transmitter directly against the Magnetic Switch Indicator (Red Mark) on the side of the Collar Receiver. 2. The LED Light inside the Collar Receiver will light up solid for about 1 second followed by 6 flashes. You must keep the Transmitter next to the Collar Receiver during this time. 3. Continue to hold the Transmitter against the Collar Receiver until the LED Light stays on solid. The Collar Receiver is now in the Code Running Mode (the LED light will stay lit for approximately 8 seconds while it is in this mode). 4. Remove the Transmitter from the Collar Receiver and press the ’Cont.’ and ’Beep’ buttons simultaneously while it is in the Code Running Mode. 5. When the LED light blinks 3 times, the Collar ID is now programmed and the Collar Receiver is now ON. NOTE – Do not remove the Red Mark on the Transmitter from the Red Mark on the Collar Receiver until after the LED light stops flashing and stays on solid or the Collar Receiver will not go into the Code Running Mode. You must press the ’Cont.’ and ‘Beep’ buttons simultaneously while the LED light is lit solid. Hope this helps.

I bought this from someone and its charged but i dont hear it beep what am i doing wrong?

Asked by: Candygill
Hello, It has a very small speaker on the front of the collar box. The beeping sound will come out of that speaker when you press the "Beep" button. If you do not hear that beep then you should replace the 6v battery in the collar with a high quality new one, and replace the 9v battery in the remote with a high quality new battery (Energizer Lithium is recommended). If that doesn't work, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team at (1-888-588-8364) or e-mail us directly at ( Hope this helps.

dos it help to control barking also?

Asked by: Be
Hello, The Canine Coach 360 can certainly be used to train a dog to not bark, as well as many other training possibilities. It is not an automatic "No Bark" collar though. Check out the video on our web page for the CC360 here: Our No Bark (automatic bark sensing) Bark collars can be found at the link below: Hope this helps.
