Return Policy

1. Merchandise must be in its original condition with all parts and accessories. If any changes are made or parts are missing to the system, a full refund will not be issued.
2. Shipping fees are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for sending the unit back. (D.T. Systems will not be responsible for any lost returns. Please file a claim with the carrier chosen for the return shipment.)
3. Credit will be issued after the return has been received and reviewed. Please allow 30 days for the credit to be posted to your account.
4. D.T. Systems is unable to accept returns from purchases made from other retailers. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.
5. Proof of Purchase required.

* Most merchandise (in its original condition) purchased directly from D.T. Systems can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted above in our policy. If your purchase is over 30 days old, we do have a complete repair facility to service our products.
