Repair of Units Still under Warranty

If you are not sure whether or not your unit is still under warranty then click here to go to our warranty page.

Please send the defective unit to:
D.T. Systems, Inc.

Please make sure to include the following:

  • The entire unit, including the charger, so that we can check out the whole system.
  • A note with your name, address, phone number, and a short description of the problem.
  • And if you have not previously sent in a warranty registration card then you will need to include proof of the date of purchase, this can be an original receipt, a copy of a shipping invoice or a copy of credit card statement showing the place and date of purchase.

Our repair technicians are always hard at work and we fix collars on a first come first serve basis for fairness sake. Be assured that your collar will be returned to you as quickly as possible.
